While our basic $20 per month package will be all some churches need or want (or can afford), others may have specialized needs related to their website. To keep costs down, we have set up some common additional items and services as à la carte add-ons:
Site Setup Services
- Editing or changes to an offered theme, for example, changing colors or fonts ($30 per hour, 0.2 hour minimum)
- Migrating the content from your old website to the new ACWP site, up to 25 pages of content. ($300)
- Design of a custom logo, plus a package of graphics files for using the logo in other media, $500
- Additional customized SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for whole site ($30 per hour, estimate of time required: 0.5-3 hours, depending on complexity of the site)
- Total Setup of your site: Creation of a custom, mobile-responsive WordPress theme to create a customized “look” with the church’s own logos & colors, or if you need new logos we can help you get them, along with help gettting the content of your site organized and looking professional on the site, and adding SEO (search engine optimization for getting found in searches) on every page. ($3500 one time fee, although special features requests may be higher)
- Phone/video support or tutoring ($30 per hour, 0.2 hour minimum)
- Host and manage your domain name registration, keeping it renewed annually (with domain privacy to protect against email spamming), $25/year
- Help with making content changes on your website (for instance, when your usual web person is on vacation) ($30 per hour, 0.2 hour minimum)
- Additional webmaster/administrator tasks, for example: adding a sign-up box for email newsletter (0.5 hrs); adding a donation link (0.5 hrs); dealing with any special or requested content management; setup of plugins beyond our basic package, for example: photo albums/slideshows or social media share buttons, online registration modules; etc. ($30 per hour, 0.2 hour minimum, plus the cost of any paid plugins)
- Email addresses based on the domain name, for instance, “email@example.com” can be created in a third-party email hosting service like Google Apps. We can offer guidance, or do this for you (including migrating existing stored emails) for $30/hour.
- Consultation & advice about site improvement ($30 per hour, 0.2 hour minimum)
- Setting up online registration for events, which may include payments (ask us for a bid!)
